Despite its peculiar animal origin, the Amber is highly recognized in perfumery due to its exquisite scent. Amber has multiple facets depending on its area of origin; it could have woody or animal strokes, with notes of musk, tobacco and even marine notes. Its main virtue is that it unifies the subtle differences of the rest of the ingredients very well, making them all much better recognized.
