LEMONGRASS

Binomial name: Cymbopogon flexuosus.
Origin: East India and Ceylon.
Combines: Basil, cedar, coriander, geranium, Jasmine, Lavender, and Tea Tree.

The lemongrass belongs to the same olfactory family as citronella. It is a fresh and lemony aroma with a slightly spicy and intense touch. It is famous for its antiinsect properties and for the clean scent it leaves in the home.
